The number of stitches needed to create the badge is a major factor in calculating the price. Stitch number are counted in thousands. The size of the badge, the complexity of the design and amount of backing colour used all affect stitch numbers.

100mm diameter, 12000 stitches

50mm wide, 6000 stitches
